Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Custom Products

Due to the custom nature of our window styling products, items made to your specific measurements or specifications may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please contact us before ordering custom products if you have any questions.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at chat@quivranxix.world or call +1 (303) 665-1305 to obtain a Return Authorization number
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include the Return Authorization number and proof of purchase
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in your Return Authorization

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10-15 business days.

Refund Amount

Refunds will be issued for the product purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email with your request and we will provide instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Installation Services

If you are not satisfied with our installation services, please contact us within 7 days of completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and may offer re-installation or a partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
